Our class offerings are a celebration of life focused on awakening the very essence of who we are. We teach postures (asana), flowing sequences (vinyasa), slow-moving or held postures (sthana), breathing (pranayama), and meditative practices.

 

Each time you attend a Yoga for Trees class, we'll sponsor a tree being planted in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest.   We've planted 3719 trees already!

 

Pre-registration is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all classes.  Some classes REQUIRE pre-registration.   We have a two hour cancellation policy.   Classes not canceled within our policy are forfeited.
